TOSQ Wines are small production quality driven wines.
Carl & Sue Thompson planted their family owned vineyards in 2001, in a pocket of the Pisa District, Central Otago, identified as one of the regions warmest areas.
We specialise in Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, varieties that are ideally suited and excel in our region. We are hands-on in the tending of the vines and the way we care for the land is of great importance to us. We farm without the use of herbicides, synthetic chemical fertilisers, insecticides or fungicides. Composts, seaweed and other natural products are used, together with careful hand-tending to help ensure the top quality of the fruit and the long term health of soil and vines.
By using these methods, we are able to produce wine with genuine interest and individuality. We share the experience of the site, the season and the hard work of all involved, in every bottle of TOSQ wine.
