A Preview of our TOSQ Entwined 2014 - due for release shortly
We will have our TOSQ Entwined 2014 available for tastings in Auckland at the New Zealand Boutique Wine Festival on Sunday, 14th June 2015.
Like its predecessor, this wine has been made without additions of any kind. The indigenous yeasts have just been left to go about their work and the wine has been fermented on skins for 5 months, picking up wonderful warm amber tones.
This wine is the story of these grapes, as precisely as we can define it - the soils in which the vines are grown, the season, the nurturing of the vineyard, all woven together in the winery by Sarah-Kate and her team. It's delicious with a golden washed-rind cheese and fresh walnuts!
