Pinot Noir 2014

Exhibiting red berry and dark brambly fruits with find supple tannins, this is an elegant and dry Pinot Noir with the structure to age well.  It is medium bodied with appealing purity and a lingering finish.  

It will partner well with a wide range of meats and savoury dishes, seasoned with garlic, herbs or mild spices.  Will cellar for 5 - 10 years.

"Bright, intense and expressive wine with dark cherry, plum and subtle spice (thyme?) flavours.  A high energy wine with an ethereal texture.  Good now but likely to get even better with bottle age."
