Pinot Noir 2012

DETAILS
Cellar Release
The 2012 season was characterised by a cold start, however after New Year the season was ideal with long hot days and cooler nights which has produced this red-fruited, chalky textured dry Pinot Noir with the structure to age well.
This wine has been carefully cellared to allow time to further enhance the character development in the bottle.

Mar 2020 "Last tasted three and a half years ago - still reasonably fresh & showing nice integration, although with slightly restrained cherry, floral and plum flavours. Tasted in a vertical of four vintages, this wine (and the others) showed a clear vineyard imprint". Drink 2020 - 2022
